After booking you receive a short questionnaire so I can prepare. The appointment itself takes place via Google Meet, Teams or Zoom – whichever you prefer. Afterwards you receive a summary by email.

The hourly rate stays the same. For appointments outside our region, travel costs are added (travel time at half rate, expenses at cost). We clarify that transparently in advance.
It helps if you briefly outline your questions or the topic. For technical questions: have screenshots or access ready. But don't worry – spontaneous sessions work too.
