The mind behind KIKOM
Markus Kirchmair is a problem-solver, consultant and sparring partner – strategic and operational – with an entrepreneurial drive and 20+ years of experience on both the agency and client side.
He founded his first IT business at the age of 18. More than a decade as an entrepreneur with TIROTEL Media Group followed, before he developed digital transformation strategies for DAX corporations as E-Commerce Lead at Swarovski, Marketing Director at PROLICHT and finally as Principal Consultant at Merkle/Dentsu – one of the largest advertising networks in the world.
As a bestselling author he has published several specialist books on AI topics – including Die KI-Bibel, Der KI Kompass 2026 and AI Act Compliance. Several of his works have been translated into multiple languages.
He founded KIKOM with a clear vision: to help companies use AI not as an end in itself, but as a genuine competitive advantage. Today he works with a broad network and a team of AI agents to deliver scalable solutions.

Every project starts with a free initial call in which we understand your situation. If there is interest, an impulse workshop follows in which we identify and prioritize use cases together. We then develop a pilot (in a short time) which we scale after successful validation. At every stage you have full transparency over effort, cost and expected ROI.
At KIKOM you get strategy and implementation from a single source. We do not deliver PowerPoint presentations, but working solutions. Through the combination of commercial know-how (MBA), legal understanding (LL.M.) and technical implementation skills, we can accompany AI projects end-to-end – from the idea to productive use.
Data protection is not an afterthought for us but integrated from the start. We rely on EU hosting, encrypted data transmission and data minimization. For sensitive data, on-premise solutions are possible. The first call is free. The AI Impulse Workshop (3 h, up to 8 people) starts at € 1,710. The GEO Audit starts at € 735. Follow-up projects and ongoing strategy support are quoted individually on request. We always calculate transparently: effort, running costs and expected ROI. All rates are net of VAT (EU B2B reverse charge applies on a valid VAT-ID).
Both are possible. We are happy to run workshops and kick-off meetings on-site – it fosters personal exchange. The actual implementation often happens remotely, which speeds up the work and saves costs. Based in Hall in Tirol, Austria, we are well placed for on-site appointments across Europe.
After the initial call we can usually start a workshop within a few days. A first pilot is ready in a short time. For urgent projects, faster timelines are also possible – just talk to us.
